ok i know this has been probably asked b4, but i was just wondering whats the best programe to make all these graphics and blends etc...and is there anyway or anywhere u can download any programes?? i really wanna start making my own

I swear by Jasc Paint Shop Pro (probably 'cause I've never really used anything else)... but Adobe PhotoShop should also be a really, really great program... but awfully expensive in comparison with Paint Shop Pro (as far as I know)

I believe they are both available for download on P2P (Peer-to-Peer) programs such as KaZaA/Morpheus/eDonkey2000/etc.
