Well, first you make an avatar just like yours Charmbracelet. Then you make a graphic in PSP 7, thats 150 by 250. You save that and open it up in Animation Shop. Lets say your selected video is 50 frames, you copy and past the 150 by 250 graphic until that is 50 frames. There is a button that has a clipboard and paper infront of it. For the 150 by 250 graphic press CTRL A, then go to the video and press CTRL A. Now click on the Cut button(not the one I described before) and then go to the 150 by 250 and click on the button I described. I hope it comes out great!

i donknw what u mean with that i dont find the button and CTRL A.

oH, I'm so sorry. CTRL is a button right under the left shift button and you just press the letter A after while pressing CTRL at the same time.
