g2 effects > texture effects > blinds > width: 2 > opacity: 50-60... somewhere around those numbers..

I know how to add a border to the whole picture..But what I am talking about is...Ok look at my second blend in my siggy..You see the whit line going through it thats under my text?? How do you add a border to that? DO you know?
