for anmations...how can I get the animation to go faster/slower?

right click on the frame and go to frame properties- up the number to slow the frame down

To speed it up AND lower the file size you could delete every second or third frame!

Also it's easier to click the right button on your keyboard like 3 or four times, then ctrl + x

it'll save you alot of time, you might have known that but just thought i'd share
