I dont think the venues have the actual seating plan yet. I know for the Toronto show, they arent shipping tickets until the 27th, I think that has something to do with the stage. Its prolly easier to do the refunds if they have to (like if the stage would be in the way of some seats) if people dont have the actual ticket. I mean I could be way off, it just seems to make sense. |
