The Royal Rumble match is the coolest match in all of wrestling, hands down.!
As for the Royal Rumble match, I'm predicting that Benoit will win, considering he's pretty much the one guy who needs it the most to progress his storyline the right way. Heyman is screwing with him so much that it's obvious that his plan is to prevent Chris from becoming the champ at all costs. So this would be his only way to get the title shot. The only thing that defies this logic is that it's so damn hard to win when you're the #1 entry. But I think he could be the second man ever to accomplish the difficult task.
I'd like to see a RAW wrestler win it this year. But with Austin around running the law, Bischoff can't screw people out of opportunities anymore. Heyman has all the authority on Smackdown!, therefore a Smackdown! wrestler needs the Rumble win as his way of achieving his goals. |
