WOW what a title match. there have been few matches where i went along for the ride the wrestlers layed out but i was strung right along for most of the match.

it looked like shawn fucked up his shoulder when he was flung into the stairs. like JR and king pointed out, his shoulder had a ball on it which they said could mean a broken clavical or a separated shoulder. it was a dick move i think on HHH's part to go right into an abdominal stretch and put ALOT of pressure on whatever happened to shawn's shoulder.
HHH seemed to hurt his leg a bit after his patented high knee lift. its hard to tell now what is real hurt and 'staged' hurt but it was sweet regardless when shawn put him in the figure-4 right after HHH showed that pain.
i knew the second shawn fell like that for the ending that it would be a double count. however i was unaware of the rule where if there is a double pin the champ gets the belt. interesting. i know if its a draw that is the rule.
and YES Stone Cold IS back. they did a nice play out there, although i didn't like when he first came and almost ran over Lita, Trish, and Stacy. |
