I think it wouldn't be so bad, save his using an exact, REAL person's name and death date as justification of/for this.
He is entitled to his views, but he should never have used an exact person's name on such a "monument", ESPECIALLY without permission.
While you might not agree with his views, he does indeed have the right to speak/present them, although I think the family of that boy should be able to sue in some way for his exact usage of his name/image. |
