Come to the University of Calgary. I dont know how good it is, but the people I see getting on and off the train at the University station all look pretty smart, so thats a good thing, right?

Um, the University of Alberta seems to be quite good. I myself go to SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) which is pretty good. Every course there is instructed by people who have worked in that field for a long time, so they're all pretty knowledgeable.
But it all depends on what you want to do, I guess.
