Yeah thats how I think it will start... a poor "fucked up" country like N-Korea that fires one to a big powerful country because they didn't pay them like billions of dollars.
But the chances are like 99% they would get hit back.
It all depends really if another nation would fire back at the country that fired at the country that started it... if that won't happen then maybe it will be just a war between 2 countries... but if it would it could become a worldwide war.
