Ok, Well For the Blend you need to Upload it (I will do that for you) and then put the adress in your siggy like this
[ I M G ] ADRESS [ / I M G ] without spaces

For the avatar, Just Go to USERCP, edit Options, Change Avatar and find it in your saved files by clicking BROWSE
