RAW Results August 25th:

The show opened up with footage from last night's pay per view of Summer Slam when Triple H used a sledgehammer on Goldberg, enabling him to retain the World Heavyweight Championship in the Elimination Chamber. After the match, Triple H, Ric Flair and Randy Orton dominated Goldberg and Triple H bashed his head in with the sledgehammer as the show went off the air. Footage from after the show was shown where Goldberg was helped out of the arena by WWE officials.

Goldberg's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring with bandages on his head and he had somewhat of a limp as he got in the ring. Goldberg got in the ring and took a mic and referred to Triple H in anger. He said that the World Heavyweight Title is his. And oh yeah, Triple H knows it, so why doesn't he bring his little ass out here and they'll finish what they started last night?

Triple H's music immediately hit in the arena and he made his way out with Ric Flair and Randy Orton. Triple H said that Goldberg is out here challenging him for the World Heavyweight Championship tonight, right?

Goldberg said "You and me, one on one - tonight!" Triple H took his shirt off and asked Goldberg what about this scene doesn't he get? Look at what's standing before him; what, Goldberg thinks he's bigger and stronger than Triple H? He thinks he's badder than Triple H? Well he's not. Triple H proved that last night in the Elimination Chamber. He beat not only Goldberg, but he beat the top five guys in this industry. Triple H proved what he is and what he proved is that he's the best wrestler alive today. And he has the best body. Goldberg said that Hunter is right about one thing... Goldberg is going to come after Triple H every night. He's going to come after him in the arena, in his home, hell, he's even going to show up in Triple H's sleep! He's going to continue to stalk Triple H's little puny ass until he gives Goldberg what he wants and that's Triple H vs. Goldberg one on one for the World Heavyweight Championship. And make no mistake about it, this time Goldberg will beat Triple H's ass to death!

Triple H asked Goldberg what makes him think he's so different than anybody else that's come down that line? RVD, Nash, Austin, Rock, HBK, huh? What makes him think he's so different because they all thought they could get the job done too and the fans chanted their names just like they chant Goldberg's. Goldberg said that if he hasn't listened, he's Goldberg and don't forget it. Triple H said that he's sick to death of that and the only reason he's standing in that ring right now is because Flair and Orton pulled Triple H off of him last night. He is there by the grace of God and because Triple H is a nice guy but Goldberg is starting to piss him off. Here's what we're going to do, if Goldberg wants a shot at this title so bad, then he's going to give it to him. Goldberg vs. Triple H - one on one, Unforgiven for the World Heavyweight Championship. If Goldberg wins, he's the World Heavyweight Champion and he gets what he wants. If he loses, then Triple H gets what he wants because if he wants this shot, then he puts his career on the line. If Triple H beats Goldberg, he is done and his career is over. He beats Goldberg and he's finished. He's not talking about some kind of crap where he leaves RAW and goes and works with some second rate promotion like Smackdown!. He's talking about the real deal; if he loses to Triple H, he's finished, retired, end of story and he never steps into a ring ever again. Triple H told Goldberg to think about it long and hard and don't listen to these people chanting his name because when they're saying "Goldberg, Goldberg!" like they are now, they're calling for Goldberg's funeral! Goldberg responded by saying that he'll think hard on it but he isn't going to think long! He's on! But the only funeral these people are going to see is Triple H's!

Trish Stratus was shown in the backstage area and she was warming up because she's up next!

Trish Stratus vs. Gail Kim

Trish Stratus made her way out to the ring and this is a one on one match with Trish Stratus against Gail Kim.

As Trish made her way out to the ring, Gail Kim attacked Trish from behind on the outside of the ring and beat her down at ringside.

Trish Stratus planted Gail Kim with a vicious spinebuster and then she pinned Gail but only got a two count.

Moments later, Trish hit Gail with the "chick kick" and then she pinned Gail for another two count.

Trish Stratus planted Gail Kim with the Stratusfaction and then pinned her for the three count to get the win.

As Trish was celebrating, walking down the aisle, Molly Holly came out and attacked Trish Stratus, knocking her down to the floor. Molly Holly then got in the ring and it looked as if she was going to attack Gail Kim but instead, she just stared her down.

Molly Holly had Gail Kim by the throat and she said that incase Gail forgot, not only is Molly the Women's Champion, but she is the one that got Gail into the WWE.

Now she's got two choices; either Gail can keep fighting Molly and Molly can keep knocking her down or they could team up and take out who stands in their way, Trish Stratus. Molly asked Gail what's it going to be? Gail said that Trish doesn't stand a chance and then Molly Holly went on her way.

Rodney Mack and Mark Henry vs. Mark Jindrak and Garrison Cade

Rodney Mack and Theodore Long came out and as they made their way to the ring, Theodore Long said that he has been doing some serious negotiations about expanding the thugging and bugging enterprises. Through his negotiations, he was contacted by a man who says he can back the Mack. He was contacted by a man that also says right here tonight, he will earn his playa's card. Now he's not talking about any man, not just an ordinary man, so stand up and show your love for the World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry! Mark Henry's music then hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring. Theodore told the fans to stand up for the World's Strongest Man.

Theodore has one thing to say; it's not about talking tonight, but everyone is going to find out what the thugging and bugging is all about, now get the white boys out here. With that, Mark Jindrak and Garrison Cade made their way out to the ring.

Garrison Cade started the match off in the ring against Rodney Mack and the two locked it up and Rodney gave Garrison a knee to the mid section and then a hard right hand to knock him down.

Mark Henry picked Garrison Cade up and tossed him right out of the ring and then he punted Mark Jindrak.

Mark Jindrak jumped at Mark Henry with a springboard cross body but Mark Henry caught him and power slammed him and then jammed his arm into Mark Jindrak's chest to pin him for the three count.

Goldust and Lance Storm were shown and Lance said that Goldust set him up last week when he sent him into the women's locker room. Goldust put that girl in there! Goldust said that he put Storm in there because he's charismatic and he has a very healthy relationship now. Storm said you call "this" a healthy relationship? When the camera went down, a mini Goldust was shown humping Storm's leg. Rosey hopped onto the scene and said that he knows of a commotion in the ring, does Storm know anything about this? Storm said that he has his own problems and he left. Rosey then asked a backstage worker (Jessie from Tough Enough) about it and she told him that there's a guy in the ring with a gun and he went on his way. The Hurricane flew onto the scene and said "Holy sh-" because Rosey is going to the ring to stop the guy with the toy gun on his t-shirt. With that, the Hurricane quickly left to go after Rosey.

Clips of "The Rundown," which is The Rock's next feature film was shown and that comes out in theaters on September 26th.

During the commercial breaks, the t-shirt guys take a gun in the ring and load them with t-shirts to shoot out to the crowd. Unfortunately, Rosey got a little bit carried away. During the break, Rosey came out to the ring and splashed the guy with the gun in the corner and he gave the worker the spinning side slam as the gun fell to the outside of the ring and the air released from the air gun. The Hurricane stormed to the ring and took the mic and asked Rosey what he's done? That gun shoots t-shirts, not bullets! This is an innocent man and Rosey squashed him like a bug, what's up with that?!

On a much more serious note, at SummerSlam, we saw some bizarre things and it ranks up there with one of the most bizarre things in the WWE. It was during the Shane McMahon / Eric Bischoff match. Someone swung a chair at Shane McMahon and it was WWE announcer Jonathan Coachman. From there, he got in the ring and held Shane as Bischoff dominated him until Stone Cold came to the ring and investigate and he took care of business from there.

Terri asked Stone Cold what he makes of The Coach's actions last night? Austin said that he was enjoying the matches at Summer Slam and Shane was kicking the hell out of Eric Bischoff and for no reason, Jonathan Coachman gets up and nails Shane McMahon not once but twice and then Eric Bischoff changes the rules of the match. Austin went out there to investigate and Coach saw fit to physically attack him. So in an act of self defense, he opened a can of whoop ass on him and then he picked him up and threw him out of the ring. And then Austin is fixing to leave and for no reason what so ever, Eric Bischoff walks up to him and slaps him right in the face. Eric Bischoff is a black belt, right? So what was Austin supposed to do? Exactly, in an act of self defense, he gave him the stunner in the ring. Eric Bischoff showed up and his face was black and blue and Bischoff said that Austin is half the reason this happened and then he wanted Austin to tell the people the truth. Bischoff said the way he saw it, Austin wasn't physically provoked by Coach or Bischoff. So since Coach proclaimed that he worked for Eric Bischoff, Eric is going to award Coach employee of the month and Stone Cold damn well better not interfere. After Bischoff left, Austin had a smile on his face.

Six Man Tag Team Match - La Resistance and Rob Conway vs. The Dudley Boyz

The music of La Resistance hit in the arena and they made their way out to the ring, still the Tag Team Champions and they brought out Rob Conway, the phony serviceman from last week. And this match is a one on one match with Rob Conway against Spike Dudley! Rob Conway took the mic and introduced himself.

Even though he is an American, he has to tell everyone that it sickens him the way everyone disrespects our World Tag Team Champions. And why? Is it because they are French? No, it's because everyone is ignorant! That seems to be the problem with our country. Our Government is out trying to save the world and they can't solve the problems in our own backyards. Our Commander in Chief, he forces us into a war against terrorism and then you people follow him like sheep. What the United States needs to do is pull out of Iraq, leave Afghanistan and start treating the French with respect. And then and only then will you know what the rest of the world has already known, that the USA and the citizens are the real terrorists. That's right, proud to be an American my ass!

With that, the music of the Dudley Boyz hit in the arena and Spike Dudley made his way out to the ring as the Dudleys ambushed La Resistance and Conway in the ring!

Spike Dudley hit Rob Conway with the Dudley Dog and it looked as if he might have knocked the wind out of himself while doing it. Spike crawled over and made the tag to Bubba as La Resistance got in the ring and went at it with Bubba.

Sylvan Grenier went for a clothesline on Bubba but Bubba moved out of the way and Sylvan laid out Rene Dupree with the clothesline.

The Dudley Boyz hit Rene Dupree with the 3D and then Sylvan got in the ring and hammered away on D-Von. Spike Dudley grabbed Sylvan from behind and planted him with the Dudley Dog and then D-Von clotheslined Grenier to the outside of the ring.

Behind the referee's back, Rob Conway got in the ring and nailed Bubba in the back of the head with the tag team title belt and then he pinned him for the three count to get the win.

Linda McMahon was shown walking through the backstage area and she's Chris Jericho's guest on the Highlight Reel, up next!

The Highlight Reel:

Chris Jericho made his way out to the ring and it's time for the Highlight Reel. Chris Jericho said that by the looks of everyone's faces, they're upset by the damage he suffered in the Elimination Chamber at Summer Slam. That match was one of the most brutal matches he's ever been in and he should have and could have won if it wasn't for Goldberg. Chris has taken Goldberg down before and he was going to take him down again last night, but he got what he deserved. Speaking of getting what you deserve, that brings him to his guest tonight because he has the controversial footage from last week on RAW when Eric Bischoff kissed Linda McMahon right on the lips. And as if the kiss wasn't shocking enough, he's convinced he heard with his very own ears cries and moans of ecstasy from Linda McMahon. They rolled the footage and Chris said that we heard Bischoff's side of the story and it sounded true to him, but he's a fair man and he wants to hear what the possible jezebel wants to say for herself, so here is Linda McMahon!

Linda McMahon's Wrestlemania music hit in the arena and she walked out to the ring with a smile on her face. Chris said that she is looking excellent and she has the bling bling on but we want to know the true story of what happened last week after the cameras went off the air on RAW. We want to know if they made it to the bed room and did the naughty? Did they do it like Bischoff said and make it like two Arizona jackrabbits? Is it true? Linda laughed at Chris Jericho and said that the truth is that Eric Bischoff is a very creative liar. Shortly after we went off the air, security came and escorted Eric Bischoff off the property. But you know what? None the less, Eric Bischoff acted in an unprofessional manner and that calls for consequences. Now, she thought about firing Eric, but truthfully her sense is that Vince would come along and rehire him just to stick it to Shane. So she's decided that...

Vince McMahon's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring as the Chairman of the WWE! Chris Jericho told Vince that he's looking as great as ever. Thank you for coming. Vince said that it's a pleasure to be on the Highlight Reel, but Linda decided? She is the CEO of the company and she decides a lot of things but Vince is the chairman of the board and it's what he decides that counts. He's decided that there will be no repercussions what so ever against Eric Bischoff. Vince said that he was the one that invited Eric into their home last week. Linda may be surprised at that, but no more surprised as Linda is out here portraying herself as a victim. She's a lot of things but she's no victim. There's only one victim in this world and you're looking at him, it's Vince McMahon. It's true, he admits it - he is a victim! He's a victim of Linda McMahon, their failed marriage and what came out of her demon infested womb! He's talking about their children, Shane and Stephanie. Because of Linda, they don't respect him. Because of her, she's turned his kids against him. Linda said honest to God, Vince needs psychological help. Vince laughed, saying that he doesn't need help from Linda or anybody. He doesn't need any help at all. He doesn't need psychological help, he doesn't need anything. He can say this though; he may need help from attempting to endure the hardship from these ingrate kids of theirs. He may need help from them. If he needs help, he needs help from them and that's it. He feels as though that he's a lot like Kane because at one time, all these people befriended Kane and were behind him, yet every single one of them turned their backs on Kane. Vince knows how that feels now because Linda made it so his family all turned their backs on him!

As Vince was talking, Shane McMahon's music hit in the arena and he made his way out. Shane grabbed the mic from his father and he said that Vince and Kane are a lot alike because deep down in their sick, twisted minds of theirs, they are both monsters and as far as Shane is concerned, the two of them can rot in hell! Chris Jericho told Shane that he doesn't come down here and talk like that to this man. This man is a genius and a billionaire and he commands respect and deserves it. Chris told Mr. McMahon that he respects him more than anything. On top of that, the Highlight Reel is for invited guests only and he never invited Shane. Chris then referred to Shane as a son of a bitch and then he said besides that, this man is your father, asshole! Shane said that asshole happens to be his father. Vince and Shane then stood face to face.

And Chris Jericho nailed Shane McMahon in the head with the microphone and then he stomped away on Shane and then gave him a sleeper hold slam. Vince then restrained Chris Jericho and then the two left the ring together as Chris Jericho was extremely pissed off. Shane got up and it looked as if he wanted more and Vince took the mic and said that if he wants more, then right here tonight in that very ring, it'll be Shane McMahon against Chris Jericho!

Randy Orton vs. Maven

The music of Evolution hit in the arena and Randy Orton made his way out to the ring lead by Ric Flair and this is a one on one match with Randy Orton against Maven. Before going straight to the ring, Maven stopped in the aisle way and smiled and Shawn Michaels' music hit and he made his way out with Maven to even up the odds with Ric Flair out there!

Orton and Maven locked it up in the center of the ring and Orton put Maven in a side headlock and then he twisted out of it, pulling Maven down to the mat with a drop toe hold.

Randy Orton gave Maven a hard standing drop kick and then he pinned him but only got a two count.

Flair and Michaels got on the ring apron and the referee went over to Michaels to get him off the ring apron and that gave Flair the opportunity to nail Maven with a hard right hand to send him down to the mat. Moments later, Shawn Michaels went over and nailed Ric Flair with the super kick on the outside of the ring and Orton set his sights on Michaels.

Orton went for the RKO but Maven got out of it and knocked Orton down with a heel kick and then he pinned Orton but only got a two count.

Randy Orton gave Maven a drop toe hold into the second rope and then he waited for Maven to get up and when he got up, Orton gave Maven the RKO and pinned him for a two count as he picked him up off the mat and taunted Shawn Michaels.

Orton then went to the corner and mocked Shawn Michaels with the super kick and then he knocked Maven down and out with the super kick and pinned him for the three count to get the win.

Shawn Michaels had his eyes locked on Randy Orton and he climbed up to the ring apron and got in the ring and Orton seemed to be ready for a fight as Michaels looked calm, yet he kept his eyes on Orton and then he checked on Maven. Randy Orton eventually got out of the ring and attended to Ric Flair who was still down and out.
