Underwater. I want you to give the pic a underwater theme, make the pic look like she could be underwater. Use blues, greens etc. Please do NOT use the colour red to much that is all I ask
Effects:Minimal effects only, such as Guassian, Motion, Normal etc blur and any kind of layer mask (overlay, color burn, soft light etc).
