I think we can safely say Manchester City are through to the first round proper of the UEFA Cup. They thrashed TNC (Welsh team) 5-0 tonight at the new City of Manchester stadium with goals from Sinclair, Wright-Phillips, Jihai, Sommeil and Anelka.
