We had the first famel president here.
I think its just how people are USED TO the idea to have a male president.
I grew up for like 10 years having a female president. When I found out she was the first one in the world I thought it was really weird. By the way polls here say that like 90% of the nation think she was the best president we had.
But yeah I know its a small nation so its diffirent. But still I think it was a big step in the world when she became president... because she was meeting other leaders around the world as a president of a nation.
By the way we have had a male president now for 4 years I think and I just got used to it... I mean when he became president I thought it was so weird because he was a guy.
So now I think sex just doesn't matter.. I just really don't get at all why modern countries are so slow getting a female leader. |
