I'm gonna address a few issues here:
About Lip syncing:
1.The HBO concert- I WENT to the Dream WithIn a Dream tour and she SANG most of the time at my show.I could tell.... even during dancing she sand...and you could hear her gettin out of breath. I think she did sing "Not A Girl..." on HBO.... I'm re-watching it right now,and It sounds slightly different from the album version.Well, if HBO did put the track over her vocals just for the show...Thats totally wrong of them.
2.The Billboard Awards Preformance- Okay,That show was taped WEEKS,maybe even a month before the billboard music awards,they taped it because Brit would not be able to attend the award show. Maybe at the time she DID sing that song live,and Billboard found it un-suitable and decided to put the track over her voice.Looking at the preformance,you can tell they added sound affects in.I mean, Brit is in the middle of water,with NO crowds around her yet,you hear the same extact cheering noise (i mean-- EXACT) even 5 seconds!
I think people doubt Britney's ability there-fore they put a track over her voice. I have heard her live and she is really good.I don't care what anybody says.I heard her with my own ears.
About I Run Away:
Hmmmm i never heard that song.interesting! i've heard other un-released songs though, and sometimes i wish she would release all of them because the un-released are usually AWSOME!
Other stuff:
I HOPE SHE GOES ON SNL. I missed some of it last time,and i almost died.She did sound GREAT on SNL though!!!!
