I love those movies to death. I really do. But honestly, I wish they would just make them super long and include everything. The books were absolutely amazing, and so much is left out I feel, and less emphasis is on the history of everything (which is quite extensive and impressive in the books). It would be worth it to me to sit through 3 super long-ass movies in order to see it all. Granted -- those actors would have to work their asses off, and twice as much money would be spent, but...all that aside, I would just cream my pants if they did that. |
