Chelsea have agreed a fee with Blackburn for Republic of Ireland winger Damien Duff.
Blackburn had turned down three previous bids from the Stamford Bridge club.
But the latest offer - in the region of £17m - has triggered a clause in the player's contract which allows him to talk to another club. |
