Now-a-days kids are younger than 15, about 5 years ago when he was 13 things were not the same. Yeah everything is peaches and cream here
He was a spoiled brat who had no supervision, and a druggie of a father, if he had been raised differently he wouldn't have gotten into the shit he did, so who's fault is it? He only knew what he was taught.
