You can change the size of a wallpaper that you have by simply doing the following :
----------------------------------
1) Open one of the following programmes
( Adobe Photoshop - PaintShop )

2) File > New > custom size ( 800 x 600 )

3) Copy the picture from ACDsee and paste it as a new layer

4) Save the picture on your computer

And Traa !! You have a wallpaper in the size of ur computer's monitor :P :>
