oh i made that myself, i dont know if its the way ur supposed to do it but hey, it works

ok first go into psp and make a new transparent image. (doesnt matter what size)
..then make your text inside. (i usually go to effects >3d effects >inner bevel so it will look 3D too)
then copy that and paste as a new image.
select around that whole image with the selection tool
...then copy that and paste it in animation shop and save it.(make sure when its in animation shop there is a transparent bg)
