awwwwwwwww Thanks you 2!!!! Well when i am done making the blend hehe I open it up two times, on one of it I put the wind effect on it (#20) and dont do anything to it. Then I take the other one and paste it onto the windy blend and erase the backgroud which give the color I think, then on an empty back i just put in the brushes then overlay it onto the blend and etc etc. Yah I know I suck at explaining stuff
