Actually it all depends. I got my first phone when i was 10-12 years old. (don't remember) My parents have always been overprotected about me...and well i used to go to my tennis practices a lot and it was at the other side of the city so they gave me the cell phone to either call them or something.
right now..i never use my phone. i hate it when people call me..i dunno why tho. i just wanna be left alone i guess
