 How do you make glossy, shiny blends? | |
I've been wondering this for a while now, and yet can't seem to figure it on my own. A lot of times, I see blends that have a very shiny, glossy, and soft look like the Nadia(Queens of Teens) blend I've attach. That effects looks so cool, but I can't do it correctly. Does anyone know how to create that effect??? I use Adobe too, so does anyone know how I can do that on Adobe or PSP?? |
