I think i'll tell her maybe 2 inches shorter than that... cuz i definately want my length taken off, and i want the layers that Mandy has... You can't really see them that good in that pic, but in the picture that is TINY in a hairstyle magazine i bought, you can see that Mandy's got tons of short layers, and i love the way it looks so styled... I don't really know any other celebs with hair like that... Hmm.
