I have had several dreams that have been like that. One night I had a dream about my great grandma, and she was blue in the face and gasping for breath, and I was just sort of hovering over her while this was happening to her. After the dream ended, I woke up, because my mom had come into my room to tell me that my great grandma had just died and the way she died was the same exact way as in my dream. Another dream I had was of this woman I had never met before saying just some small talk at a round table to other women. It was weird cause that was basically what had happened in my dream and I had no clue as to why I dreampt that. Anyway, a little while later, me and my mom went to this school benefited lunch for mothers and sons and we sat at this table with a group of other women and their sons and it was the same lady from my dream and she said the exact same thing in my dream. I've had other dreams that told me stuff from the future, but they are little stuff compared to the others.
