A fair game is ofcourse the most important. And although the FIFA now doesn´t wanna know anything about the idea, I´m sure they will in a few years. Because the world is transforming, more and more electronic devices are used.
For example, the computer. In 1998 almost nobody has it, and now in every home there must be one. Another example is the DVD, it was expensive and really new. In a few years I´m also pretty sure almost everyone has a DVD player.
