MODS: I wasn't sure if this belongs in General Discussion or Sports Entertainment, but since I've seen other game threads in GD, I decided to put this here.


ANYWAYS:

My sister's boyfriend bought the game two days ago, and I started playing it, and to be quite honest, I don't really like the game. I mean, its great graphically, but gameplay doesn't even compare to SmackDown 3! for PS2.

For example in WMx8 after you're knocked out of a Royal Rumble, you're out for good. Whereas, in SD3 if you're knocked out, you can choose another character that is already in the ring, and take control of it.

in WMx8 you can't go backstage. What a rip off. And the new SmackDown set doesn't look that great.

Also, the game is far more out of date than SD3 was. the game came out only about 3 weeks after the new SmackDown set was first brought in, and it was already included in the game. The new Raw set isn't anywhere in WMx8.
