I saw that this girl/boy didn't liked the layout you did for her/him, even though she/he didn't wanted to say it....anyways I have a website and I would like to do something else with it.....so I was thinking if you did me a layout which program would you use? and would I have to use the same??

Anyways I just got a new Topbanner made by Queen Of Teens and I would like it to match that Top Banner.....Cause she used time to make it for me, and I think she would like me to use it....
