Well, you need to take a screenshot of your desktop.
The easiest way of doing this, I think, is to press the 'Print Screen' key (to the right of the F12 key) on your keyboard.
This will copy a picture of the desktop into the clipboard. Now you just need to open up a picture editing application or something like that... pasting the contents of the clipboard to a new picture, saving it, and you're ready to upload it
