...I've been listening to Kelis'
"Good Stuff" (from her Neptunes produced album, KALEIDOSCOPE) on repeat for the past hour...I bought her debut album in late '99 when it came out and didn't much care for it then...so I sold it back...mind you, this was before I had any real concept of The Neptunes' genius...so this evening I download "Good Stuff" and "Caught Out There (I Hate You So Much Right Now")...and I've really come to believe that Pharrel and Chad are way ahead of their time, with a nice retro sensibility...
For those of you who have their (The Neptunes/N.E.R.D.) new album
In Search Of......could you briefly describe the sound and if it's worth a listen (or even a purchase)...that would be much appreciated...
