I don't think The Rock can be called the best ever yet. He still has many more years left. Hogan is more legendary than The Rock. He's done more.
I don't believe he can be considered the best ever until he's retired and not active anymore. The legend of The Rock needs to be built up. It hasn't reached the level of Hogan's legend yet. |
