Hogan can get pops just for being in the ring. He's worked long enough to finally have to not work for something like that. Thge rock is just in his beginnings, and really can't compete with Hogan's long legacy yet. I thought Hogan would definitely still get pops, but not until the point where they booed the Rock. |
