Copy-Cat, Coincidence or Tapping into Success? | | Has anyone gotten a chance to see the new Burger King commercial featuring Shaq?
If you have, then have you noticed what they've done with that commerical. its theme?? hmm, first time I watched that last week I literally almost leaped out of my chair. I was shocked, then the second time I saw it my dad was home and I was like. "Look at that crap, stupid copy-cats, man that's crazy" (obviously a little pissed with a loss for words) I'm suprised no one has mentioned this yet. But it is very obvious. He starts out by walking into the Burger King in 1957 ('57 car, clothes, etc.) and then as he passes each pillar in the resturant, the background changes and his clothes change. At the end of the commercial it says 2002 as he walks out towards a '02 vehicle (GMC Envoy?) wearing '02 fashion and the burger king setting is that of present day.
They don't say different dates as he passes the pillars, because i'm sure once they might do that, then it would be outright blatent copying, as if it isn't now.
it doesn't piss me off at all. Its just stupid and pathetic. Mainly just down right crazy.
well just thought I'd mention it. L8r. |
