After over two months of custody battle, Larry Birkhead will finally be able to take daughter, Dannielynn, home to the US. "I'm just hoping to get out of here pretty soon," said Larry as he entered the Bahamas Supreme Court yesterday. He also hinted to Access Hollywood that he and Dannielynn will be heading back this weekend; when asked if he planned on staying in the Bahamas through the weekend, he answered, "No, I won't be here. Take that any way you want." Dannielynn's birth certificate needs to be changed to remove Howard K. Stern's name as the father and a passport for the 7-month-old is expected to be processed today. |
