Jennifer Lopez has offered her support to troubled singer Britney Spears, blaming the singer's 'meltdown' on her celebrity lifestyle.

Lopez shies away from Hollywood's party scene and nightclub culture, but can understand how young stars are attracted to it, and then suffer the consequences.

She says, "I feel so sorry for her. The lifestyle just gets to you after a while."
