A Belgian has won 100 million euros at European lottery called "Euro Milions".

This is the second largest amount in the history of "Euro Milionsa". Back in 2005, an Irish man/woman had won 115 million.

European lottery is organized by 9 countries: France, Spain, GB, Luxembourg, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland and Austria.

The world record holds an American lottery in which in May 2006, a lucky person won 284 million euros.
