Normally I have to start at my work around 7am or 7.30am, so I get up between 5.30am and 6am. I go to bed around 10pm, unless there's a Football match on television.
So it's a good thing I have vacation at the moment.

Even when I have a day off or in the weekends, I get up around 7.30am.
