I think you should expose children to everything at least a few times, so that they can make a choice as to what they like and what they don't like. You should also educate them on what is good and what is bad for your body. What you can eat regularly and what you can only take sporadically. Like, don't go eat 5 eggs a day. Common sense stuff.
I don't believe in diets made up by other people. No body is the same. If you want to diet, you should do it in accordance to what your body responds to. That is why it is good to know how your body deals with all the different sorts of food. Taking on a diet that some other dude made up is halfassing it. My opinion is that if you want the most out of your diet, you should make one up for yourself. You're the only one who knows best what your body can and can't take. |
