That seems very plausible to me. It certainly makes life a lot more interesting when you live it that way.

The way I live my life is similar to it, only not as detailed. I aim to be happy, and if needed I help other people be happy. I attempt to improve myself in everything that I do, and I make sure to bring out the best in me in any sort of situation as much as I can. Doing so puts me in a happy mood pretty much every day.
