Great job! The eyes and lips turned out amazing. Although, there are still some parts that you can still see it's black and white (her forehead, for instance). And I see why you did it, but the blurred part stood out to me, maybe next time, if you have to do that, try and blend the blur in a little more to hide it. Maybe slapping some text over top of it would hide it.
You certainly are doing really well (heck, I'm no good at colorizations myself, so you're better than me, heh.) but those were just a couple of opportunities for improvement there for you.
