I have two definitions of "sleeping in".
1) Sleeping longer than intended. ie. If I'm supposed to be awake for something (work, school, appointment, etc.) and I sleep later than when, ideally, I should have been up.
2) Sleeping longer than 10 hours. I don't usually have a specific bed time. In the past year, I've gone to bed as early as 7:00 pm and woken as late as 4:00 pm (at separate times, obviously) But I try to get no more than ten hours a night. |
