I seriously hope this legislation is passed. I hate smoke and I dislike being around people who constantly smoke without consideration for other peoples health. I believe on the basis of passive smoking being able to do serious damage to a persons health alone, that this legislation should be passed. Definitely.
If people wish to kill themselves, let them do it in the safety of their own homes, without harming anyone around them (unless of course they don't live alone..)
