I think you're getting Bush mixed up with all the liberal politicians.
And of course America thinks Bush is dishonest. They're being fed bullshit by a VERY liberal media.
And like Jess said, find me one president who's been 100% honest during his 4 year tenure. Certainly can't do that with Clinton or Kennedy or any of the other democratic presidents. Or ANY president. But whatever. This will always be a "I-hate-Bush-lets-hurry-up-and-get-him-out-of-office-because-he's-ruining-America" thing.
