General statement: Some people truly feel in their heart that he DID do what he was accused of (or at least part of it)..so it works both ways. Tons of people are disgusted at the outcome of this trial and tons are thrilled. And while I don't think ALL of his fans are crazy or whatnot, I do think too many of them let their love for an artist determine how they think of him. Some think he can do no wrong simply because of who he is and that's BS...he's as much capable of doing something wrong as any of us are.
As for him being tried again...I think I heard somewhere that the reason why there were 10 different charges is that the judge wanted to make it so that this case couldn't be drug on and he couldn't be charged on some random thing...so I think they covered all their bases in this one? I'm not sure, just something I heard while watching TV... |
