Honestly I can't say it's really clear of what the changes are going to be if we're going to have a European constitution. The Dutch government is sending out pamphlet, but nobody understands them, even the most high educated people!
What I do understand and find a bit weird is the part where it says that if a majority of a country says NO against this European constitution, it won't be introduced. But Mr Nikolai (for the Dutchies
) says it still can be introduced.
