It's not really a diet, but I eat no sugar at all. And I mean NONE. That includes processed meats, sauces like ketchup or barbecue or ANYTHING with sugar. No matter how much sugar is in it, whether it's just a trace I won't touch it. I was going to indulge on Valentine's day and have chocolate but I decided not too, and i'm glad for that. I feel GREAT and I never have any cravings of any kind for all this sugary stuff, and i've been around free donughts, cake, candies, etc. almost everyday and I just simply refuse to eat them. My friends say I have great willpower.
