I don't do diets, but I do diet modifications. I'm trying to get abs and i'm working really hard on it but I know I won't always be able to resist the foods I love so you just have to have it in moderation, that's all it's about, moderation. You have to watchout for yourself and what you eat. I can eat pizzas and hamburgers, but that's like only once or twice a week. Moderation and exercise is perfect for me. |
