I cant vote, but I am gonna vote in this next election FOR SURE! Its time to get Conservative California back to how it used to be..and The president doesnt make the laws in VIRGINIA. Or any other state. If he did make a law, he'd make it on a federal basis so ALL of the states get the same law.. like the Ammendments. Thinking helps..
