Some Louisiana legislator attempted the same thing awhile back and was rightfully shot down. Is the state of Virginia really that hard up for cash that now they are the fashion police?! While having your drawers hanging out isn't attractive, it isn't lewd either. The person is still clothed. Apparently having your buttcheeks hanging out is acceptable. |
